1. Processing Time

Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
A. Standard Parcel Shipping (Small Items)
For smaller items, we offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery up to 7 business days from time of pickup. This may vary depending on carrier capacity.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Available in select locations; estimated delivery by the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
B. Freight Shipping (Large or Heavy Equipment Parts)
For large or heavy equipment parts, we offer freight shipping, which includes:

Standard Freight: Delivery within 2-8 business days depending on carrier volume.

Expedited Freight: Delivery within 2-3 business days, available for select orders upon request.

Liftgate Service: Available for shipments requiring unloading assistance with additional fee.

Residential: Available for shipments requiring residential delivery with additional fee.
Freight rates vary based on weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. A freight quote may be provided before order confirmation.
C. International Shipping

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Freight shipments may require additional time for tracking updates due to carrier handling.
4. Shipping Carriers

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Oversized or heavy items will be shipped via freight services and may require additional delivery time.

Liftgate service is available upon request for freight shipments with an additional cost.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shipping@topgeartractor.com.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs holds.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Freight Delivery Requirements

Freight shipments require a valid commercial or residential address for delivery.

The customer must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

Any visible damage to a freight shipment must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

If a shipment is refused due to damage, please notify us immediately.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and contents and contact us within 1 day of delivery.

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately for a resolution.

For freight shipments, all damages must be noted on the bill of lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

If a freight shipment cannot be delivered due to inaccessibility or lack of unloading equipment, additional charges may apply.

If an order is refused at delivery, it may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
