Refund policy
At Top Gear Tractor, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth returns and replacements process, please familiarize yourself with the following policy guidelines:
Return Period: We offer a 30-day return window for all parts, except as noted on your invoice. Products sold "as is" do not carry a warranty, while new or rebuilt parts may be covered by extended warranties.
Product Condition: Returns must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. We will not accept returns on used or damaged items
Incorrect Part Sent (Customer Error): If an incorrect part is dispatched due to your provided information and remains unused and undamaged, you may return it within 30 days. A refund will be issued, minus freight costs and up to a 25% restocking fee.
Incorrect Part Sent (Our Error): If we send the wrong part due to an error on our part and the item is unused and undamaged, it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, including freight costs.
Electrical Parts: Electrical parts may be subject to a higher restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund due to potential installation errors.
Exclusion of Labor Costs and Consequential Damages: Please note that Top Gear Tractor does not cover any labor costs or consequential damages related to defective materials.
