It's important to note that our warranties may vary depending on the type of part and the warranties provided by our vendors. Here's a general overview of our warranty terms:

New Parts: Typically, new parts come with a warranty of 1 year. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts during this period.

Rebuilt Parts: Rebuilt parts are typically covered by a 6-month warranty. This warranty ensures that the rebuilt components perform as expected and are free from defects.

Used Parts: Used parts typically come with a 30-day warranty. However, please note that this warranty typically covers hard parts only. It is important to check the specific warranty terms for each used part, as they may vary depending on the warranties provided to us by our vendors.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

At Top Gear Tractor, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the parts you purchase from us. Please review our Returns and Replacements Policy for a clear understanding of our procedures:

Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy for all parts unless otherwise specified on your invoice. Certain parts may be sold "as is," meaning they do not come with a warranty, while others, such as new or rebuilt parts, may have longer warranties.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and not used or damaged. If a part has been used or shows signs of damage, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Wrong Part Sent (Customer Error): If we have sent you the wrong part based on incorrect information provided by you, and the part has not been used or damaged, we will accept the return within 30 days. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the part, excluding freight costs and up to a 25% restocking fees.

Wrong Part Sent (Our Mistake): If we have sent you the wrong part due to our mistake in parts lookup or a warehouse mix-up, and the part remains unused and undamaged, we will accept the return within 30 days. We will refund you the full cost of the part, including freight charges.

Electrical Parts: Please note that returning electrical parts may be subject to a higher restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund due to the risk of install errors that could cause a short in the part.

Exclusion of Labor Costs and Consequential Damages: Please be aware that Top Gear Tractor will not be liable for any labor costs or consequential damages associated with defective materials.
